Beautify gnome-terminal

1: Adjust the color theme

I use linux mint18, because I have emptied .bashrc, the terminal console cannot distinguish the colors of different types of files.
To explain: the file type color is determined by the parameter PS1.
If the spectator also wants to restore .bashrc, you can copy /etc/skel/.bashrc. This file is the default .bashrc content when a new user is created in the Linux system. Of course, the PS1 is set in it.

2: gnome-terminal starts maximized (--maximize)

For some reason, I tweaked the dconf and conf parameters and neither made gnome-terminal start maximized.
Only by adding custom shortcut keys, use crl+alt+T to replace the original crl+alt+T
