Solve project deployment problems

• Find solutions in official documents, official forums, and official QQ groups
• When a new project needs to be deployed, there will always be some strange problems. It is recommended to first clear the eclipseWorkSpace, Maven, and Tomcat. First, eliminate the possible conflicts between projects. It is easier to deploy from a blank project.
• Be sure to deploy the database name, encoding, content, permissions, access, capitalization
• After your own environment version cannot be successfully deployed, give priority to using the recommended environment version of the project
