Download the corresponding version of the plug-in, the scrum address is:http://www.redmine.org/plugins/scrum-plugin , unzip after downloading the scrum plugin, it can be used on both Windows and Linux. Note: At present, the plug-ins on the official website all support Redmine versions above 3.0. Please pay attention to the following, otherwise there will be problems.

Rename the decompressed scrum folder to scrum and put it in the Redmine plugin directory $REDMINE_HOME/plugins

install the plugin ,
first enter: bundle install --without development test
and then enter: bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=scrum RAILS_ENV=production

Restart redmine and load the plugin successfully
