The intermediary is responsible for finding the property and contacting the landlord. The guest and the landlord sign, and that's it. From this incident, I am the customer, and my demand is to rent a house. I entrusted the demand to the intermediary to do it. In the end, the intermediary completed the entrustment and found the landlord to sign and complete the lease contract.
