Eclipse build webapp 3.1 project with maven

1. Use maven to build the web app project

2. After the build is successful, the default web app version of the project is 2.3

3. Modify the content of the web.xml header tag

4. Ensure that the servlet-api is a high version

			<artifactId>jstl</artifactId>

5. Open the Navigator window, click Window -> Show View -> Navigator, modify the jst.web version to 3.1, and the java version to 1.7 or above.

6. Add the following configuration to the pom.xml build tag. The version should be the same as the version in org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.xml.

7. Right-click the project, Maven -> Update Project is OK.
