N (Need, Demand): Understand user needs.
As an international language - English, it is widely used in many important occasions. The learning of English has been paid more and more attention by the society. It is not necessary to speak English from elementary school to high school. English has always been one of the courses for assessment. The CET 4 and CET 6 of the university also requires college students to have strong English ability, and English is also one of the compulsory courses in the test. Crazy online English learning platform is a learning platform for English learning. It mainly serves college students. The vocabulary in it includes both CET-4 and CET-6 vocabulary, as well as vocabulary needed to test English. Whether it is for CET-4 or CET-6 exams, or preparing for a research test, using the Crazy online English learning platform is a good choice. Whether preparing for CET-4, CET-6 or postgraduate entrance exams, they all need a platform to study and consolidate their English knowledge in the process of preparing for the exam. According to the different types of subjects tested, there are different types of question training, such as English vocabulary accumulation, reading training, paragraph translation...Users choose different test types, they must have corresponding training. The current learning platform of Yanguan is all personal learning, which is a bit boring, and one person may not last for a long time, so you can also add some friends to communicate online, exchange learning, and supervise each other to improve learning efficiency.
A (Approach, practice): After finding the demand, we have our unique practice.
According to the needs of users, I discussed and analyzed with "Taiyou", and came up with a unique method:
(1) This learning platform is implemented by a website;
(2) The website is divided into client users, background management users, learning modules, and communities. There are several modules such as modules;
①The background management users can be divided into two types, super administrators and ordinary administrators. Super administrators have all the rights to operate background data, while ordinary administrators only have full operation rights to the storage of static English data. Other storage modules only have the permission to view;
② The client user is the front-end user of this project. To become a client user, you must first register as a user, and then log in after registration to use the learning platform for learning and use.
(3) The main module is the learning module. The learning module is firstly divided into learning levels, including English level 4 learning, English level 6 learning, and postgraduate English learning three learning levels. After selecting the learning level, you can choose classified learning and combined learning. and holistic learning.
(4) Design highlights:
①Community module, you can browse the information posts sent by other users when you enter the community, you can post in the community module, send messages in the post interface, reply to messages, etc.
②After the study is completed, the system automatically judges the question and counts the score and gives the completion time, and performs the integral operation according to the score and time, and the integral is used for ranking.
B (Benefit): What benefits can this unique approach bring to users.
(1) After logging in, the user can enter the user's personal center to view the information. In the personal center, you can view or modify the user's basic information, and then you can view the learning history. In addition, the user can also view the information of friends, check the online status of friends, send messages to friends, and at the same time in the personal center. You can also check the message board to see if there is any message to receive. In addition to the personal center, there is also a ranking information view in the main interface, and you can enter the ranking interface to view the ranking of the top 10 users;
(2) In the learning level: classified learning includes word learning, phrase learning, and sentence translation learning (46 Chinese-to-English, English-to-Chinese to English-to-Chinese for examinations), cloze learning, reading comprehension learning, and writing practice; combined learning is to select the types to be combined from the categories to carry out a combination of sets of papers for learning, while the overall learning is to include All classification questions are learned. Classified learning can choose the number of questions, at least 5 questions or more, at most 100 questions, and the number of questions can be increased in multiples of 5.

7. Experience and summary
①Su Yongmei:
For the demand analysis, according to the teacher's request, after reading the book, I know the basic process, and it is not a big problem to complete the demand analysis part. But when I first came into contact with prototyping, I didn't know how to start. I found some information on the Internet, and finally chose to use an ink knife for prototyping. I read some tutorials on how to use ink knives before I started. In the whole design process, the high efficiency of pairing has been fully realized, the collision of ideas allows us to quickly obtain the approximate distribution process of the system, and the respective development experience allows us to be handy in the design of prototypes and the writing of documents. Taking advantage of each other's strengths and complementing their weaknesses, we completed the design of the prototype system in just two days. During this period, I gained a deeper understanding of prototyping and the development process of the project. Hope to do better in the future.
②Wang Chun:
During this pairing process, I have a more detailed understanding of the project requirements of my team, and I have also put the photoshop knowledge I learned into practice in the prototype design.
