Importance of datasheet
datasheet: Data sheet, chip documentation (product manual), describing the physical parameters, electrical parameters, timing diagrams, and programming information of the chip or device, provided by the chip manufacturer.
Schematic and PCB Diagram
Schematic:
The circuit principle design diagram, the logic diagram of the circuit connection drawn by symbols, which is what we usually call the circuit diagram, not the real object;
It consists of lines, boxes, circles, numbers, letters, etc., each symbol expresses a meaning, and each device has a number (unique) to record the component;
Straight line---wire, connecting the original to form a circuit; box---device, IC, socket;
Some devices have pins, and the pin numbers are represented by numbers.
Network —two nodes with the same number on the schematic are actually logically connected.
BOM - used by the production department for material preparation and recording
BOM (bills of materials, bill of materials), a list of all materials, provided by the R&D department (hardware engineer), the record of each material in the BOM and the corresponding material number.
PCB diagram
Hardware engineers design product hardware steps: first have the schematic diagram, then draw the PCB diagram
Function: go to the printed circuit board for the manufacturer of the PCB board
