- 3 new templates can be submitted for application every month ( search your name, the search result page will display the application template entry )
- The review cycle is 3-7 days, and the content may be changed by reviewers
- After approval, the template will be placed in the template library for others to use. (so all template messages you see are available in the template gallery)

Template Message Audit Instructions
1. Title
1.1 Titles cannot exist the same
1.2 The meaning of the title cannot be overly similar
1.3 The title must end with "Reminder" or "Notification"
1.4 The title cannot contain special symbols, personalized words and other content that is not universal in the industry
1.5 The title must reflect the specific service scenario
1.6 The title cannot involve marketing related content, including but not limited to:
Consumption discounts, shopping rebates, product updates, coupons, vouchers, red envelopes, membership cards, points, activities and other marketing trends
2. Keywords
2.1 Under the same title, the same keywords cannot exist
2.2 Under the same title, keywords cannot be overly similar
2.3 Keywords cannot contain special symbols, personalized words, etc. that are not universal in the industry
2.4 Examples of keyword content must match the corresponding keywords
2.5 Keywords should not be too broad and need to be restrictive, for example: "content" is too broad and cannot be approved
Violation statement
In addition to not violating the Operating Specifications, the following rules cannot be violated, including but not limited to:
1. It is not allowed to maliciously induce users to perform trigger operations, so as to achieve the purpose of delivering templates to users
2. Malicious harassment is not allowed, and templates that cause harassment to users are issued
3. Do not allow malicious marketing, and issue templates for marketing purposes
Punishment Description
Gradient penalties will be given according to the violations. The general penalty rules are as follows:
1. For the first violation, delete the violation template as a warning,
2. For the second violation, the interface will be banned for 7 days.
3. For the third violation, the interface will be banned for 30 days.
4. For the fourth violation, the interface will be permanently banned
5. The result and reason of the punishment will be notified in the form of an internal letter

When the user has completed the payment behavior in the applet, the developer is allowed to push a limited number of template messages to the user within 7 days (3 messages can be issued for one payment, and the number of messages issued for multiple payments is independent and does not affect each other)

When a user submits a form in the Mini Program and the form is declared to send template messages, and the developer needs to provide services to the user, the developer is allowed to push a limited number of template messages (1 time) to the user within 7 days. Submitting a form can issue 1 article, and the number of articles issued after multiple submissions is independent and does not affect each other)
Template message sending logic
Every time a template message is sent, a parameter called form_id must be provided. This parameter is generated when the form is submitted (obtained through report-submit='true' in the form), that is to say, whoever submits the form will receive the form. to the template message. For example, when I submit a form, I can receive the template message sent by the server. But if you want to use the form_id of the form you generate to send template messages to others (if you have someone else's openid), it is not allowed on WeChat now.
