After the inspection of Jinan Second Construction, Bohai Construction and the former Shengye Construction Company. On the whole, although these three companies have adopted different software systems, the improvement of informatization in their respective project management is obvious. Under the premise of ensuring the system of informatization implementation, there is a leader in the implementation, which can basically play the role of improving the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of data in project management, and improving the level of refined management, commonly known as physique and efficiency. However, the three companies are different. Let me briefly summarize:
the second construction and the second construction use Glodon's products. Glodon's product is a very good product in terms of product maturity, including versatility. However, in terms of implementation, it is necessary to strictly follow Glodon's process of each segment to sort out the internal process of our group. In the words of the CEO of the second construction in charge of informatization, it is a bloody storm. Because this is the process of changing the original habits to adapt to Glodon products. Of course, in terms of process, there is no right or wrong. Maybe different processes are for the same purpose. However, Glodon's product is a mature product, which determines that it is impossible for him to change the general process of his software because of a single enterprise. This involves a problem of implementation. If there is a major resistance during the implementation process (because this is a process of changing the original habits and procedures, it will inevitably cause everyone to have resistance), and management, system, and execution If Failure to keep up will easily lead to the formalization of the product, superficiality, and incomplete application of functions, which will seriously affect the effect of the Glodon project management system.
Bohai Construction uses the products of Smart Cloud Construction. From the introductions of the leaders of Bohai, we learned that each department of Bohai Construction will sort out according to their own original processes, and then work with the developers of Bohai Construction to develop and set up the software according to the original process of Bohai Construction. In the implementation process, because the informatization implementation of the original process is adopted, it is nothing more than embodying the process in reality with informatization, using computers and networks to replace human running, and various departments themselves. The process is easier for all departments to implement and accept. But there is also a problem, that is, how to give full play to the initiative of various departments. In Bohai, the leaders of various departments set up an informatization team, and then sort them out under the general framework, and then the leaders of each department go to the departmental organization to discuss and form their own processes, and then report and summarize them layer by layer. Then the leaders will conduct relevant discussions and set their own processes. We can learn from this model. Of course, in terms of the software itself, because it is a development-oriented product, it is impossible to compare with a mature product such as Glodon to a certain extent. In terms of product maturity, integrity, and comprehensiveness, it should be There is a certain difference. But from the perspective of Bohai's application effect, it is still very good.
The former Shengye Construction Company used Entrepreneur's products. Although Entrepreneur's software is relatively simple, modules and processes are relatively simple. But as far as the current company status of Qianshengye is concerned, it is in line with their own requirements. Of course, their boss in charge of informatization also said a very real thing. With the expansion of former Shengye's own business scope, if this software cannot meet their informatization requirements, they will choose products from larger manufacturers, but At present it is in line with their own requirements. From our group's point of view, it does not meet the future informatization requirements of our group.
After talking about the above products and the application of the corresponding enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of the products. Let me tell you my own opinion. If it is purely from the perspective of project management, whether it is Glodon or Smart Cloud Construction, as long as the measures are effective, and the implementation of the product can be thoroughly promoted under the premise of ensuring the system, it is possible to achieve the effect we want to achieve. However, there is still room for discussion in terms of the requirements for informatization in the future development of the group.
1. Our group is a multi-format development group company. Simple project management software can meet our project management needs. However, with the development of other formats, whether the project management software can still meet our requirements for informatization needs to be developed. A big question mark. If it can't be satisfied, how to solve the problem of information island caused by other information software? It is a big problem that we need to face in the future.
2. Whether we need to realize the integration of industry and finance. From the three companies currently inspected, the implementation of project management software is relatively good, but they have not opened up the two-way interconnection between financial and project management software. Although Bohai Construction plans to open up the demand between the two in the next step. But whether it can be opened, how difficult it is to get through, and the effect of getting through are unknown, and this needs to be considered at a higher level.
Three cost issues. If you simply compare project management systems. Whether it is Smart Cloud Construction or Glodon or even Xinzhongda, which one is cheaper to use, because from the perspective of the implementation effect of the above-mentioned enterprises, all of them can fully meet the requirements of enterprises. However, for a group company engaged in financial integration, diversified operation, and multi-format development, we need to consider whether they have relevant mature plans and the cost of implementing the above plans.
In short, I think our selection criteria should be based on the integration of business and finance, driven by project management software, and gradually realize the group's informatization construction. The two cannot be neglected, which requires us to examine whether the software can meet the overall goal of business-finance integration in the future as a whole, and then promote the implementation of project management software on the premise of meeting the overall goal. Finally, driven by the implementation of the project management software, the development of other formats of informatization is driven, and a complete informatization system is finally formed.
