Uninstall Kodi in Ubuntu Recovery

Uninstall Kodi in Ubuntu Recovery

It happened because I downloaded and installed Kodi in the software application that comes with Ubuntu today. After restarting the computer, I directly entered Kodi, that is, kodi has replaced the desktop. How can I play if I cannot enter the desktop? So we need to uninstall Kodi under Recovery.

1、

reboot, enter the Ubuntu Recovery mode on the grub boot interface, and then enter the root command line interface.

2、

Enter mount -o remount,rw /, otherwise the file cannot be read, and the uninstallation will fail.

3、

Enter sudo apt-get remove kodi, uninstall Kodi.

4、

After entering reboot, restart normally to enter the desktop.
