Xshell install rz and sz commands

Server installation rz and sz commands:

yum install lrzsz

Send file from server to client:
sz filename Upload file
from client to server:
rz filename

In the pop-up box, select the path to upload the file and download the file.

sz: send the selected file to the local machine
rz: pop up a file selection window, select the file from the local to upload to the server
