How to solve the problem of Driver class not found.

I think it is because the driver is imported incorrectly and the display url configuration is incorrect. So I went to research why my 3rd party shelf package was not imported correctly.
Second thought:
Is it because the path of my imported shelf package is incorrect, there are Chinese characters, so I changed the location of the shelf package. Changed to the full English path. It didn't work at all.
And my shelf package is the latest version under the official website, which can be used when I don't write hibernate before. When connecting to jdbc.
Third thought: Solve the problem of why the import package is incorrect.
My steps are to copy in lib first, then add path. And I am hibernate, not involving tomcat.
