Usually we use the opatch tool to upgrade the database, so the version of opatch is generally required to be higher than the version of the database you want to upgrade. For example: upgrade the database to 11.1.0.2, then the opatch is higher than 11.1.0.2.

You can execute unzip in the GRID_HOME and ORALE_HOME directories. Of course, it is best to back up the original OPatch directory first.
