install pywin32

 Install pywin32 from  http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/

Note: Please make sure to download the version that matches your system (win32 or amd64)

Clicking download will download a readme instead of the pywin32 you want

The correct way to open: click files, select pywin32

I chose the latest version here

Note: The first few versions can be directly clicked to download, as shown below

However, the latest click has already stated that it is going to be obtained on github , as shown below:

https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/releases

Download and install the corresponding version

Verify that the installation was successful

The command line input import win32com is OK without reporting an error
