Although it is a small skill in development, it is still written and shared with those who need it.
In the past experience, when switching workspaces with FlashBuilder or eclipse, or when creating a new project.
The fonts, colors, and shortcut keys have been set by the current preferences Preferences.
Basically have to reset it again, very unfriendly. It is also very troublesome to set it repeatedly.
Because FlashBuilder is developed based on eclipse, its preferences are saved in the current workspace.
The best solution is as follows:
We can switch to a clean workspace first.
Then according to your own preferences, set the font color, background color, font, common shortcut keys, etc. in the eclipse (preference) Preferences.
Then, back up the .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings directory in the workspace.
Whenever you create a new project in the future, you only need to copy the .settings directory and overwrite it.
Then, open FlashBuilder or eclipse again, you will find that the settings are the same as before, avoiding many small troubles of repeated reset.
This trick should apply to eclipse IDE, not limited to flashBuilder, but also to java eclipse developers.
Of course, you can also back up only the regular settings, not all of the .settings directory
