Enable NameNode HA mechanism
1. Click on the cluster on the home page, click HDFS in the drop-down menu to enter the HDFS monitoring page
2. After entering the HDFS service monitoring page, click Operation, and click Enable High Availlity in the drop-down menu.
3. Enter the HighAvaillity configuration page, add the name of the HA service in the input box, and click Continue
4. Enter the HA service role assignment page, click on the NameNode host option to select a host to assign the standby NameNode role
5. Select a host in the pop-up window and click OK
6. Click to select the host in the JournalNode host option to assign the JournalNode host role
7. Select three hosts in the pop-up window (Note: JournalNode must be set to >=3 nodes.), assign the JournalNode role, and click OK
8. Click Continue
9. Enter the audit change page, and modify the JournalNode role directory in the JournalNode editing directory. It is recommended to modify it to /dfs/jn
10. Click Continue
11. Enter the installation page and wait for the installation to complete
If you find the following error message, you can ignore it.
12. After the installation is complete, click Continue
13. Enter the installation completion page, record the subsequent configuration information in the red box, and click Finish. In this example, you only need to configure Hive later
14. Go to the home page, click Cluster, and click Hive in the drop-down menu
15. Enter the Hive service page, click Operation, and click Stop in the drop-down menu
16. After waiting for the Hive service to stop in the pop-up window, click Close
17. On the Hive service page, click Actions, and click Update Hive Metastore NameNodes in the drop-down menu
18. Click Update Hive Metastore NameNodes in the pop-up confirmation window
19. Wait for the update to complete, and click Close in the pop-up window
20. On the Hive service page, click Action, and click Start in the drop-down menu
21. Click Start in the confirmation window
22. After waiting for Hive to start, complete the HA configuration
