1. Install JDK, SDK NDK
2. VS2015 requires JDK 8 and 7 virtual machines cannot run
SDK API version
3. XAMARIN FOR VS TOOL does not need to register an account to use the free new version
4 Install an emulator such as seahorse
Use adb command to connect adb connect 127.0.0.1:26944
Copy and replace the adb.exe in the SDK to the third-party emulator
5. Done.
