Visio drawing often encounters two annoying problems, as shown below, one is that the two arrows are automatically deformed when they intersect, and the other is that when drawing a flowchart and adding text descriptions, when the text is close to the arrow, the arrow is automatically rearranged:

Solution:
1. Select the arrow, right click - Format - Behavior - Connection Line, select "Never" for "Add" under "Across Lines".
2. Select the arrow, right click - Format - Behavior - Connection Line, select "Never" for "Rearrange".
