aclocal-1.13: command not found

reason:

　　Copying the compiled project to a system with a different system version and then compiling will cause such problems.

Solution:

　　yum install automake autoconf

　　yum install libtool

　　autoreconf -ivf

　　Execute the above command line to solve such problems
