How to batch change the size of silkscreen text in AD

0. Background

When using AD to carry out the layout and wiring operation of the PCB, the excessive silk screen will affect the operation. However, if the silk screen is hidden, it is not very convenient for layout, so the best way is to make the silk screen text smaller in batches, and then place it in the middle of the device, so as not to affect the operation, but also to see the component name.
