git add. Tracks all files, but the next line of the cursor blinks after this command enters the solution

 After git add. tracked the file, the cursor started to flicker and didn't move. I searched many and many ways but couldn't find out how to do it, and finally solved it. Because I played with the mobile phone, I found it was better when I came back, maybe it is a bit stuck, or a bit slow.
