2.1 Method One

E2 = 1/7 * 1 + 1/7 * 1/7 * 1 + 1/7 * 1/7 * 1/7 * 1... = 1/6 (while(a == 7) a = rand7();)
E2 = 2/7 * 1 + 2/7 * 2/7 * 1 + 2/7 * 2/7 * 2/7 * 1... = 2/5 (while(b > 5) b = rand7();)
E = E1 + E2 + E3 = 2 + 1/6 + 2/5 = 2.566666666666667
