Export:

Select the table to be exported, right-click and select "Export Data to File", select "SQL Inserts" in the Extrator option, and check Computed and Generated and Add table definition (DDL)

Import:

Select the database to be imported, right-click and select "Run SQL Script", and select the SQL file to be imported.
