This is actually not difficult, just update the yum source
vi /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo
Delete all the content in the source file and replace it with the following content. (If you are more cautious, you can back up CentOS-Base.repo first. I don't think it is necessary, because the original one can't be used anyway)
