Fatal Python error:initsite:Failed to import the site module

I suddenly reported this error when I created a new project, and then I found that there was no venv folder under the newly created project. I felt very strange. I wanted to test the environment. After importing it, I found an error. I felt that it was a missing venv file
and clicked. This setting has been added again.


Then click ok, there are the following two packages pip and setupstool, as shown in the first picture.
