Insufficient power supply for the Raspberry Pi connected to the pixracer flight control

The performance is that the pixracer keeps flashing yellow light rapidly, the data transmission and the ground station cannot be connected, and the mavros cannot read the flight control data.
But if you connect the computer and pixracer with a USB cable, you can connect to a ground station.
This means that the Raspberry Pi's USB port may not have enough power supply?
1. Power the pixracer alone, or unplug the peripherals (gps, receivers, uwb tags, etc.) on the pixracer, and then connect to the Raspberry Pi
2. Plug in the pixracer before booting the Raspberry Pi , or restart the Raspberry Pie to re-power pixracer

For apm flight control, mavros needs to read the flight control imu and local location information, and also need to run
rosrun mavros mavsys rate --all 10
