QT add resource .qrc file

We only use QT for the project. Generally, we will use some pictures, sound and light resources. Adding resources to the project can write absolute paths, or add resources to our project. It is also convenient when packaging later.

Proceed as follows:

2. Confirm the addition and click Finish

3. Add resource path
