This thing essentially uses JLINK or other interfaces to read the information in axf, and then uses the debug interface to read the internal data information of the MCU.
It is similar to the jscope software used by JLINK.
This is basically the principle. If possible, you can use the functions in the JLINK dynamic library to execute some APIs to read the MCU specified memory information.

4. Read the most important axf file.
