Analytic Hierarchy Process (evaluation question)
General analytic hierarchy process
Essence: AHP is to quantitatively compare the indicators of the pairwise comparison to achieve the size of the weight (scoring by experts)
1. Determine the evaluation criteria, goals, and optional plans
Hierarchical structure diagram
Target level: the ultimate goal
Criterion level: various indicators
Program level: which options
2. Form a judgment matrix, positive and negative matrix
In theory, it is scored by experts, but in reality it is subjective judgment based on literature.
Generally, it is not necessary to explain the source in modeling papers.
3. Comparing with the consensus matrix to complete the consistency check
Consistency: Each row and each column are in multiples.
Reasons for consistency test: Subjectively judged scoring is the result of pairwise comparison, which may cause the scoring comparison to be non-conductive and lead to conflicting results.
4. Normalization
Weight calculation and establishment of an evaluation scoring system
Special Analytic Hierarchy Process
If there are numbers in the judgment index, the subjective judgment will not be objective, and the corresponding scoring rules should be established according to the numerical characteristics in the data.
Example: Topsis model (distance method of superior and inferior solutions)
Solve the situation where the analytic hierarchy process indicators have actual data
1. Construct the formula for calculating the score:
x-min/(max-min) (very large index)
Very small index -> very large index, x=max-xi
Intermediate index->extremely large index, M=max(|xi-xbest|),x=1-(|xi-xbest|)/M
2. The original matrix is normalized
3. Standardization (elimination of dimensions)
The sum of squares of the elements in the column under each element/root sign
