One, install VMware Workstation16

Download VMware Workstation16 and install it as prompted, use the license key to permanently activate VMware Workstation16

Two, create a virtual machine based on VMware Workstation16

Download CentOS7 mirror file:
CentOS7 mirror download address

Choose to create a new virtual machine,

choose custom installation,


choose CentOS7 image file

, create a new virtual machine wizard, create a new virtual machine name bigdata1,

configure the processor, choose 2, the number of processors, the number of cores per processor is 1,

set the virtual machine memory
according to the machine Configure the memory size of the virtual machine. The total memory of the personal computer is 32G, so the 8G

network type is set to NET.

Bridging: The virtual machine network and the real network card are in the same network segment, intercommunication
NAT: the internal network address mapping is passed through the real network card, the virtual machine accesses the external network
only local mode: the virtual network card, and the virtual machine can communicate on the same network segment, No access to the external network

Among them, the bridge/NAT mode can be connected to the external network

Select the default controller and disk type to


choose to create a new virtual disk.

Choose the disk size. The
bigdata1 server requires a lot of space, so the disk size is set to 80G. If you choose to allocate all disk space immediately, it will immediately occupy 80G of disk space.

Specify the storage location of the disk file.

Make sure that the CentOS7 image is ready.

Click Finish. Virtual machine creation. A virtual machine

is being created. After the creation is complete, you can install the CentOS7 server

Three, install Cent0S7 server

The language is set to Chinese to

set the date and time to

select the software, here select KDE, and check the development tools to

set the partition, mainly add /boot, /, swap three partitions, the default remaining space is all allocated to the /home partition


as shown below For the three partitions, the /home partition does not need to be set. By default, all the remaining space is allocated to the /home partition. After the partition is

set, select to complete the installation

Choose to accept the partition to change

settings network and host name, host name is set to bigdata1

After completing the above settings, select Start installation CentOS7 Server

installation process can create the root password and user, the user: yf, Password: 06020916

set the root password 08,311,020

create a user yf, The password is set to 06020916. After the

installation is complete, the CentOS7 server needs to be restarted.

Choose to accept the license agreement. After


accepting the license agreement, enter the user name and password as shown in the figure below

Start the command line terminal and check the CentOS7 version

CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

Check the IP address, test the network connectivity, the IP address is: 192.168.216.128

Fourth, it is recommended to use MobaXterm to connect to the CentOS7 server

It is recommended to use MobaXterm to connect to the CentOS7 server. MobaXterm can be used after decompression. At the same time, it supports file upload and download between the local and the server.

After logging in, check the IP address
