An unknown error occurred in the Kingdee KIS standard mini version, the system has cancelled the current operation, please reopen the account set and try again

[Case cleanup]

I received a call from a customer today and reported that Kingdee Standard Edition 9.1 SP1, which has been used for many years, reported an error when there was an account set to open the subsidiary ledger and general ledger vouchers

There is no problem with other account sets, and they are all normal. There is no problem with the newly created account set, that is, an error is reported when the account set to be used is opened.

Whether it is restoring an old backup or reinstalling the software, the problem remains and cannot be solved by itself.

The customer inquired about the settlement period of the statement and the situation was urgent, so he asked us for help.

The customer submits the A/C set of documents and we test!

Out of respect for customers, I worked overtime for 10 minutes and always solved the problem satisfactorily.

【problem analysis】

According to customer feedback, the file was shut down abnormally due to a power outage, after it was turned on. That's all.

Preliminary judgement, the power failure of the disk has bad sectors, which caused the database to be damaged.

[Solution experience]

After a lot of sorting and tracking database tools, use KDMAINDBG.EXE to track and detect components

Clear the content of t-funccontrol in the table in the account set entity of the database

Values that are neither "0" nor other values appear in the last 6 field tables in the GLQtyBal quantity balance table, which are usually called "null values", that is, the default value is lost.

[Rough solution idea]

1. Of course, the first thing is to back up the data in time, and you can play it whatever you want.

2. Disconnect all client connections. Forbid other clients to write new data to prevent data loss caused by rollback.

Values that are neither "0" nor other values appear in the last 6 field tables in the GLQtyBal quantity balance table, which are usually called "null values", that is, the default value is lost.

3. Contact professionals to solve the problem thoroughly. [email protected]
