Work Miscellaneous (18)——Farewell Letter (Leaving the first job)

As a fresh graduate of double non-undergraduate degree, I ran a lot of social recruitment when looking for a job, and was rejected by many HRs. At the beginning, I ran with my classmates. Some people gave up after running and went straight to the school recruitment. Except for some really good students who have entered good companies and positions, most of them have gone to Foxconn. Another student who went to Foxconn called me to complain and said that he wanted to study and study. I left the technical R&D post, and I left to run again. I can't remember how many resumes I put in before I went to my job.

Thank you for your perseverance and the company for giving me the opportunity to work. I have been working for almost a year and decided to quit my job to take a postgraduate exam. I think it is necessary to study for a postgraduate. On the one hand, it is the need of social development, on the other hand, it is Because I really need to learn. No one took it when I was just working. Then I looked at the materials myself, simulated it with software, and started to buy professional books after get off work to read, and accumulated a little bit of self-study. Because I came into contact with CSDN at school, a well-connected senior told me to develop the habit of writing blogs and writing summaries. At that time, I didn’t realize it when I was a freshman. As I did more and more games, I played more and more games. Slowly realized the importance of recurrence, only to realize that the seniors asked to write a blog and summarize the intention at that time.

From the contact I just graduated, I want to talk about the importance of academic qualifications. First of all, people whose academic qualifications are not important are those with high academic qualifications or strong abilities, because they can no longer feel the influence of their academic qualifications on them, but they see people who come from prestigious schools but spend their days all day. , But they really need to do things, so they sighed why there are no capable people; either they came out of a very poor university and were able to get along well with their own abilities, and then they saw people from famous schools they knew got mixed up. Not bad. Indeed, academic qualifications only represent a part of things. A person’s success has the ingredients of hard work, opportunity, and luck, but there is a shortcut to this thing, which is to work and communicate with very good people, so as to continuously expand the breadth and depth of one's thoughts. On the other hand, because most people are not from a technical background, such as finance and personnel, they think that graduate students must be very good. If your boss is from a business background, then he will think so too. There are costs for recruitment in large companies. , They will go to prestigious schools to recruit because the probability of encountering people suitable for them is higher in prestigious schools than in ordinary schools. Therefore, people with high academic qualifications have a higher starting point than ordinary people.

So is it decent to engage in technology? Most people just think that the income is high and it is decent to sit in the house, but I think the best development for a person is to combine his own interests with career planning. In fact, the work itself is very hard , Programmers are not regarded as coders, and then they should be laid off when they are laid off. Whether it is hard or not, it depends on whether you like it or not, and whether you are willing to take root in this field. In fact, any job has its meaning. The key is to identify with one's own work. With identification, there is a sense of responsibility, so that you will not feel inferior. The big guys you see are all at the top of the industry pyramid, and sometimes they do. Look at the people at the bottom of the pyramid struggling to survive.

Whether you enter a large company or not is different for an individual, and everyone has their own ambitions. If it is from a stable perspective, it is definitely better for public institutions. But I think if a person is looking at personal development, it is best to work for both large and small companies. When a person's experience increases, he will see things more deeply. In fact, small companies do more complicated things. It is not suitable for a person to deeply cultivate a certain specialized skill, but it will improve your comprehensive ability. Because large companies do too well, you become professional, but your vision and news will be relative. Blocked a little, so there is no absolute good or bad.

Okay, I won’t update my blog this year, everyone will have a period later
