I remember that when I’m busy, I like to listen to music afterwards and relax, because there are too many plans in my mind and I can’t stop on hand. Here are some tips for relaxation:
- Lean the head back, keep turning, and move the neck muscles, which can effectively relieve fatigue
- Stretch
- Close your eyes for a minute
