the package code needs to be reinstalled but i can't find an archive for it (error caused by the unexpected termination of the deb package installation process)

When installing vscode via the deb package, it freezes, and then it is forced to shut down. After restarting, the apt command fails, the update manager fails, and the package manager fails to open...

Solution: Open the file /var/lib/dpkg/status with root privileges , find the wrong package, delete all information about it, and thensudo apt update
