How to download landsat 8 images from USGS

The USGS website is really good at data sharing

1. First, you need to go over the wall and go to their official website to register an account. Registration is quite troublesome, but downloading data will be much more convenient in the future.

2. After you have an account, download the data on https://glovis.usgs.gov/app?fullscreen=0# . If I don’t overturn the wall, I’ll always be unable to load the data, so I hang up the ladder first, wait until the page information is loaded (like the picture below), and then remove the ladder (it doesn’t matter if the traffic over the wall is enough)

3. The date and cloud cover affected by the location selection in the figure below (sometimes inaccurate)

4. When downloading images in the lower right corner, there are many options as shown in the figure

The first four explanations are officially explained here: https://www.usgs.gov/core-science-systems/nli/landsat/landsat-collection-1-landsatlook-images?qt-science_support_page_related_con=0#qt -science_support_page_related_con

The fifth is to pack all the bands of Landsat 8, with the most complete information.
