tesserocr is an OCR recognition library for Python. The core is tesseract, so before installing tesserocr, you need to install tesseract first.
Download tesseract
Choose the stable version without dev. Choose here. tesseract-ocr-setup-3.05.01.exe
After the download is complete, double-click to enter the installation

Install tesseract
