Go to the Chrome plug-in store and search for the plug-in you want to download.

After downloading, you will find the downloaded .crx suffix file in the browser download directory, change the .crx suffix to .rar, and unzip the compressed package to a new folder (used to save all plug-ins).

Open Chrome, and open the extension in the settings.

Open the developer mode in the upper right corner, and then select the plug-in folder that has just been unzipped to complete the offline installation of the plug-in.
