H61XX is a step-down LED constant current driver in continuous inductor current conduction mode, which is used to drive one or more LED strings.
The working voltage of H61XX ranges from 4V to 30V, and it provides adjustable output current. The maximum output current can reach 1.5A.
H61XX has built-in power switch tube, adopts high-end current detection circuit, supports PWM mode dimming, and the brightness can reach 65536 levels.
H61XX has a built-in over-temperature protection circuit. When the chip reaches the over-temperature protection point, it enters the over-temperature protection mode, and the output current gradually decreases to improve system reliability.
The H61XX circuit architecture makes the output current without overshoot during low-dropout operation, and improves the working life of the LED. The constant current circuit adopted by the H61XX has excellent load regulation and linear regulation.
H61XX adopts SOT89-5 package.
