Recently, the boss gave me a task to manage a project in addition to completing normal work. I know this is indeed a good thing, but after a week or so, I feel that the change in this role really still needs to adapt.

In summary, the main differences are as follows:

1. In the past, I always asked the boss what he wanted to do and what his current task was. But now, no one will tell you what to do. The boss is only concerned with the final result. You have to think about the process and details of these realizations. Tell yourself where you are now, what you want to do, and what you want to do. You must have a clear understanding in your mind.

2. You can throw away the problems that you couldn't solve by yourself before, but now you need to solve most of the problems yourself. Of course, you can also find someone to study, but the days of throwing the problem to the boss are over. A lot of problems will ultimately have to be solved by yourself.

3. It is impossible for you to complete all the work yourself, so how to allocate manpower, how to allocate resources, and accomplish this task most efficiently is definitely a challenge for people who have never experienced it.

Well, what we have to do now is, first of all, there must be a line in the head to string things together in the entire project. Secondly, we must quickly find the problem and solve it. Thirdly, we also need to rationally dispatch personnel and resources, and try to do the most efficient work.
