The project manager has three core missions in the process of doing the project:

2. But from another point of view, the project manager must deliver a product of high quality to the customer, and the definition of quality is very broad. Personal understanding is in the stability of the system, can solve the customer’s core pain points, and easy Usability, basically in line with the aesthetic taste of customers.
3. The project manager should also maximize the value of the team’s products. In the stage of struggling for a living in the past few years, a team usually does as many projects as possible to support their team. For the long-term development of the team, the product’s Professionalism and completeness are the core competitiveness of an enterprise.
If an enterprise project manager is only for net income and profit, this will slowly make the entire team fall into a specific project. The more projects that are received, all the manpower will be slowly consumed, and there is no spare capacity to consider the overall product value. Each item is personalized content. If it lasts for about a year, the team’s products will disappear and only specific projects are left. Customers are more eager to get professional guidance, rather than simply collecting customer needs and realizing the needs of customers.
