Taro 3.1.1 released, unified framework for BAT applet, H5 and RN

Taro 3.1.1 is released. Taro is an open cross-terminal and cross-framework solution that supports the use of frameworks such as React/Vue/Nerv to develop applications such as WeChat/JD/Baidu/Alipay/ByteDance/QQ applet/H5.
