I dragged the file without any response to the error prompt, and then tried many methods on the Internet to no effect, and finally found a solution later. It's very simple. Just cancel the genymotion program and run it as an administrator. I solved it like this as shown in the figure below. Restart the emulator and you can drag and drop files
