Note: Create a new key DWORD to choose 32-bit , otherwise it will be solved finally No problem,
after creating the new key, you need to modify it (as shown below):
The data of the AllowL2TPWeakCrypto key is 1 and the data of the
new key ProhibitIpSec is 1.
3. After the above steps are completed, close the registry editor, and then restart the computer. The problem is solved after restarting the computer.
