1Invalid coordinate system

The world coordinate system is based on the head. In this coordinate system, with the head as the vertex, all the actions of the robot are completed in the movement and XYZ directions. The spray direction remains unchanged. If the robot is moving in the world coordinate system, the direction of the head will also change, which means that we do not select the tool after starting.

Solution: Configuration→Current tool/base coordinate→Tool number→1

2 Reasons for overheating during maintenance of KUKA robot servo motor

①The power supply voltage is too high;

②If the power supply voltage is too low and the motor runs under rated load, the windings will generate heat due to overcurrent;

③When repairing and disassembling the winding, the iron core was burnt due to incorrect thermal disassembly method;

④The motor is overloaded or frequently started;

⑤ Due to lack of phase, the motor runs in two phases;

⑥The winding after rewinding is not completely polished;

⑦The ambient temperature is high, the surface of the motor is dirty, and the ventilation duct is blocked.

4 The position of the finger touch is not consistent with the mouse arrow.

Reason 1: After the industrial robot installs the teach pendant driver, the teach pendant does not vertically touch the target center when correcting the position.

Solution 1: Correct the position again.

Phenomenon 2: Accurate touch in some areas, deviation in some areas.

Reason 2: Surface acoustic wave touch screen surface acoustic wave touch screen surface acoustic wave touch screen sound wave reflection stripes around the accumulation of a large amount of dust or scale, affecting the transmission of acoustic wave signals.

Solution 2: Clean the touch screen, paying special attention to the sound wave reflection stripes on the four sides of the touch screen. When cleaning, the load correction function must be executed under the load touch screen control card. There are two types of load correction: "tool learning data" and "toolless learning data".
