Since the electrodes of Rosemount flowmeters often come into contact with the liquid being measured, the state of the liquid may affect the aging of the product over time. Therefore, we need to maintain and clean the electrodes of the flowmeter regularly to ensure that the flowmeter is normal jobs.
1. Before using the Rosemount flowmeter, calibrate the flowmeter with a standard pH solution, and clean the electrodes of the electromagnetic flowmeter with distilled water and measuring liquid.
2. When the flow meter is not in use, remove the electrode. Take care not to collide the touch sensor of the electrode with hard objects to avoid damage to the electrode.
3. After the Rosemount flowmeter is used, put on the electrode cover and put less saturated solution to ensure that the electrode bulb is wet. You can soak the electrode in distilled water.
4. Normally keep the electrodes clean, and do not short-circuit the output on both sides, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy of the Rosemount flowmeter.
