1. Disassemble MateBook: After removing the back cover, remember that there are screws under the two bottom pads on the upper side, which is close to the screen, and the lower side does not need to be buckled;
2. After removing all the screws, pry open a circle of the bottom plate from the top. Be sure to slow down, don’t worry;
3. Write down the hard drive bracket after prying it open. Note: The hard drive sold does not have screws (at least the one I bought does not). This screw can use the clamp on the old lamp holder or the clamp on the switch. The screw of the cable, but it may be a bit thick, it needs to be sharpened, and the whetstone is enough;
4. You need to buy a flat cable to connect the hard disk. It is available online. Note that the metal side is facing down when installing, and there are two ears open. In the buckle, just buckle the black cover;
5. To install the memory module, use the phone card pin to pry open the memory cover. There are four seams on the four corners of the memory cover. Just pry open. When
buckling, pay attention to the opening on the motherboard. Don’t buckle hard; (MateBook D supports up to 16G memory, don’t buy a big one, memory sticks DDR4, i5 8th generation processors use frequency 2400, not sure you can download cpu-z to view)
