I planned to change it again, but I didn’t expect the tutor. Just call me directly and tell me how to change each piece. It took almost half an hour to change it, and then I sent it to him again.
However, because I only have one year, and Jingdong’s recruitment started in 3 years, I finally had no chance.
But within a few days, Lagou began to arrange one-on-one counseling by employment counselors to follow up our employment situation. The employment teacher in charge of me first helped me change my resume. First, he pointed out what skills could be added in my resume. How to place the sections in the resume will make it easier to pass, and then he also targeted my resume. Some mock interview questions were conducted at the point. After being guided by him on the resume, I felt better than the previous version. I sent the revised resume to the employment teacher, and the employment teacher sent my resume to the department responsible for employment.
About a few days later, another employment consultant added me to WeChat. She was responsible for sending me some recruitment company information, and then she helped me deliver my resume and follow the progress if I thought it was good. If I see a company, I can also ask her to help me analyze the company's situation.
The interview questions for the last month have been written in the first few blogs. Friends who are interested can take a look. Some of these interviews are pushed by the teacher, some by the classmates, and the group of teachers and classmates who have pull the hook help me. Looking for a job gave me a lot of security. They believed in me so much and treated me so well. They really moved me and liked them so much.
