About Cannot construct org.apache.maven.plugin.war.util.WebappStructure maven packaging problem solving

     Today I planned to learn cxf and use maven to create a project package and report an error

As a result, a solution is provided on stackoverflow and the results are really effective, mainly my plugin

There is no version, the result is
<version>2.1.1</version>
It's done all at once. I think this should be because the plug-in version is too low, and there is a problem with the war package. See the original text
