Configuration introduction of each part

Appenders: contains the following tags

FileAppender normally outputs to local files;
FlumeAppender collects and concentrates logs from several different sources into one place;
RewriteAppender masks or injects information on log events;
RollingFileAppender seals log files; RoutingAppender
filters and routes between output locations ;
SMTPAppender sends LogEvent to the designated mailing list;
SocketAppender sends LogEvent to remote host in normal format ; SyslogAppender sends LogEvent to remote host
in RFC 5424 format;
AsynchAppender writes a LogEvent asynchronously to multiple different output locations;
ConsoleAppender sends LogEvent Output to the console;
FailoverAppender maintains a queue, the system will try to output LogEvent to Appender in the queue in turn, until one succeeds;
among them, ConsoleAppender, RollingFileAppender and SMTPAppender are more commonly used.
