Early reading

Preface

This is the first issue of the early reading of the appointment, and I don’t know if it will be the last issue. Sitting at my desk on Saturday, I want to write some stories that happened this week.

At 5:30 in the morning in Xiamen, it was still dark. I habitually picked up the mobile phone on the ground and opened the official account to push the 789th issue. Start to scan Weibo in the posture of Ge Youlie, other official accounts, and take a look at everyone's background messages.

I personally like to read the comments. Generally, those who have left a message will pass it with the essence of the comment. I mainly want to talk to you through this (I feel a sense of loneliness in a foreign country) and see what everyone thinks about the articles posted today. And whether it can arouse everyone's thinking, thinking about daily work, or expand the horizon of technology. I believe that not every company can use new technologies and has a complete development process. I don’t know if what I think is wrong?

The articles that are pushed every day may have a short story behind it, and I will talk about it (write what you think of).

Two front-end recruitment, from Jingdong Chengdu Research Institute and Beijing Qudian Company, their teams are all senior front-end engineers, whether it is the requirements of the office environment or the technical stack, they are worthy of your try.

Browsers have always been a topic that front-end engineers can debate for a long time, just like whether JS should add a semicolon or whether parentheses should wrap. The front-ends of the older generation are probably used to it, after all, they are compatible all the way, maybe painful and happy. But the new generation of front-ends may change color when they talk about compatibility. It shouldn't be, it's impossible. In the industry, Taobao and Tmall have made a good start, and then everyone's products can slowly "educate" users.

[Issue 785] Tmall will not support IE8 soon

In a letter to the designer, perhaps the most complaint is that the layers are not grouped and the names are not clear. Just like @姬光's comment: Having said that, at that time, think about it in another way. When you are a designer, you can't be so detailed. Just as it is impossible to take care of all the details when the front end is crushed by demand. In addition, our front-end can also improve our skills in using photoshop, and we can easily modify the unreasonable ones. Then sincerely give a suggestion to the designer on how to do it so that everyone can work together to do better. Some children's shoes recommend Zeplin, sketch。

[Issue 789] "To the Designer" comes from a front-end engineer

Two Vue.js-related articles were pushed this week. In that "vue.js details", one from Guangzhou @邓木琴童鞋 left a message for the early reader, saying that there are some pictures and text in the article and written by him. Is very similar. The content I share every day, because of my vision, it is impossible to judge which is the first-hand information, so the embarrassing problem that day arises. However, if the author can be contacted in the posted article, I will do everything possible to communicate authorization with the author.

[Issue 784] Vue.js and MVVM small details

[Issue 788] Black technology you don’t know but very useful in Vue

This week I continued to serialize the article "You Don’t Understand JS". Currently, there is no Chinese translation in the market, so if you are interested, you can check it out. For this type of article, the most feedback is too long, I do I couldn't finish it in the subway. You can reply to the keyword   if you don’t understand js,  check this column.

[Issue 787] You don’t understand JS: ES? Present and future

Finally, let’s talk about the problem of counting books. I thought about this idea for a long time. The original plan was not what everyone saw. There were various voting prizes. Some of them were discussed, but in the end, I was ashamed. Shoot.

Inventory of essential books in 2016

On that day, I probably counted the number of people who participated in the vote. The top three votes are "CSS Revealed", "JS Middle Volume You Don't Know", and "Deep into the React Technology Stack". Don't know if you bought it?

In the second half of this year, Mr. Zaodu also did several group buying activities with publishers and some book authors. Are you satisfied with the results? Any thoughts can be shared.

Someone left a message, why there is no Rhino Book, because this is mainly about the book that was just published in 2016 this year, so I didn't say this, Rhino, Red Book, a must-have for the front end.

Finally, a good thing happened. The front-end team of Baidu Nuomi entered the front-end morning reading column. Thank you for the trust of the Nuomi team. Looking forward to working with more teams in the future.
